Background:
These dreams appeared while I was stationed in Surigao Sur, a Jesuit Volunteer
teacher in a parochial university. No wonder they're filled with visions
of home and family.

MY FAMILY VISITS ME
It's another JVP function. We are on a grassy, Mexican-looking knoll,
where our JVP supervisor Fr.Olvis is offering his vehicle to me, my sisters
Nessa & Naya and my mother so that we can go sightseeing.
THE GLOOMY HOTEL
We end up in some hoity-toity-looking hotel which, for all its modern
trappings, looks gloomy. There is an indoor pool and half of the hotel
building is cut away so that you can dive from the upper floors straight
into the pool at ground level. I arrive wearing a denim skirt with buil-in
denim biking shorts inside. And I was kinda proud of my outfit...bizarre.
Co-volunteers Rey Laguda and Mark are already in the pool. Agnes is sitting
alone on the couch, so I go talk to her. The entire atmosphere, despite
the presence of the pool, is one filled with a post-script / epilogue-ish
feel.

WALKING THRU THE SCOUT AREA
I'm back in Quezon City, travelling on foor thru the scout area with
my JVP partners Sheerin and Baby. I see Superio at a store along Timog.
It is night time. We are looking for a ride. We encounter some aborigines
and their "trainor"(?) looking for a street which sounds like
'Lilac'.
CATCHING THE JVP BUS
Then we're riding in a beat-up car, trying to overtake the blue bus
where all the other JVP'ers are riding. There is vehicular traffic at
an intersection with a stone bridge. The bus rolls further away from us.
We cannot catch it. It is afternoon. The air is smoggy.
